- Non-smoking pot, cannabis are prohibited;
- Short-term subletting (Airbnb style) is prohibited;
- The promise to rent will be conditional on a credit
investigation including proof of income and/or positive
credit references must be to the complete satisfaction of
the LESSOR.
- The tenant must take out personal property and civil
liability insurance of $2M for the duration of the term. A
copy will be given to the lessor before the occupation of
the premises.- Moving costs are the responsibility of the
tenant.
- The tenant agrees to respect the regulations of the building
which relates to the enjoyment of the premises, the use and
the maintenance of the accommodation.
